At Smart Skills Institute (smartskillsinstitute.online), operated by Fernando Garces (Sole Proprietor), we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our educational subscription services.

Subscription Services

Smart Skills Institute offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Elite). All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis in USD until cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Within 7 Days of Initial Purchase: If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. This applies only to first-time subscribers.

After 7 Days: Refunds are generally not provided after the 7-day period. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.

Renewal Charges: No refunds are provided for recurring monthly charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Coaching Calls: Unused coaching calls do not carry over to the next month and are not refundable. Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds for unused calls in the current billing period.

Coaching Calls & Refunds

Coaching calls are included in your subscription and are subject to expert availability. If you cancel your subscription:

  • Unused calls in the current month are forfeited
  • No refund is issued for unused calls
  • You retain access to courses until the end of your billing cycle

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day refund period
  • Recurring charges after the initial subscription period
  • Accounts terminated for copyright violation, content sharing, or piracy
  • Accounts banned for Terms of Service violations
  • Unused coaching calls

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your member dashboard) or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your billing cycle

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
