2) One-Time Course Purchases (Digital Products)
One-time course purchases provide instant access to digital content.
Refund rule: One-time purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, technical issue preventing access), contact us and we will review and resolve it.
3) How to Request a Refund

4) Processing Time

5) After the 7-Day Period (Subscriptions)
After the 7-Day Guarantee window:
- Subscription charges are non-refundable
- You may cancel anytime to stop future charges
- You will keep access until the end of your current billing period (unless access is terminated for policy violations)
6) Cancellation (Subscriptions)
You can cancel from your account dashboard (Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription) or contact support for help. Cancellation stops future renewals.
7) Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Requests outside the 7-Day Guarantee for subscriptions
- One-time purchases after access is granted (unless required by law)
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
8) Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
